Privacy Policy
This Policy describes what data ОсОО «НОВАПЭЙ» (hereinafter, "we") collects when you use the AiChat service, namely the website aitool.win / trashtrash.win and its subdomains, the mobile applications for iOS and Android, the Telegram bot and Telegram Mini App, and the «НейроХит» bot in the MAX messenger (hereinafter, the "Service"), and how we use and protect that data. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. The terms of use of the Service are set out in the Public Offer (https://aitool.win/offer).
1. What Data We Collect
- Account data: account identifier, name or nickname, interface language, registration date, referral data (who invited you).
- Sign-in data: email address and password hash (the password is not stored in plain text); Telegram or MAX identifier, name and profile photo when signing in via the bot or Mini App; identifier and email from your Google or Apple account when signing in with them (when signing in with Apple, the email may be hidden).
- Uploaded materials: photos, videos, audio and files that you upload for generation.
- Prompts and outputs: prompt texts, generation parameters, messages in chats with neural networks, and generated images, videos, music, audio and texts.
- Payments: plans and packs, amounts, currency, payment method, payment status and identifier, history of Credit accruals and debits. We do not receive or store bank card details: they are processed by app stores and payment partners.
- Technical data: IP address, device and operating system type, app version, language and time zone, request and error logs, timestamps of actions.
- Inquiries: correspondence with support and feedback on outputs.
2. Why We Use Data
- creating an account, signing in and protecting against unauthorized access;
- performing generations and delivering outputs;
- keeping records of Credits, processing payments, subscriptions and refunds;
- user support and responding to inquiries;
- ensuring security, preventing fraud and abuse, and verifying compliance with the Service's rules;
- improving the quality and stability of the Service, aggregated statistics;
- service notifications (for example, that a generation is ready or about a payment); marketing messages are sent only with the option to opt out of them;
- compliance with legal requirements.
We do not sell personal data and do not use your materials and outputs in advertising without your consent.
3. Who We Share Data With
- Neural network providers. To perform a generation, we transfer your prompt and attached materials to the provider of the selected model. Providers process them to fulfil the request under their own rules. We transfer only what is needed for the generation, without your contact details.
- Cloud storage and hosting. Materials, outputs and the database are stored with cloud infrastructure providers. Files are served via temporary signed links.
- App stores and payment partners, to accept payments and process subscriptions.
- Telegram and MAX, when you use the bots and Mini App: messages and files are transmitted through these platforms under their own rules.
- Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) — anonymised statistics of visits to the aitool.win website (see section 6).
- Government authorities, only in cases provided for by law.
Providers may be located in different countries, including outside your country of residence. We choose providers that ensure reliable data protection.
4. Retention Periods
- Account data: for as long as the account exists.
- Uploaded materials, prompts and outputs: until you delete them or for as long as the account exists. Temporary (incognito) chats are deleted automatically.
- Payment data: for the period established by accounting and tax laws.
- Technical logs: as a rule, no more than 90 days.
- Database backups: no more than 12 months, after which they are deleted automatically.
After an account is deleted, its data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain by law. In backups, the data remains until the backups are automatically deleted.
5. Your Rights
You may:
- obtain information about your data and a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete individual generations and chats in the app;
- delete your account in the profile settings or by request to support@trashtrash.win;
- withdraw your consent and opt out of marketing messages;
- file a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority.
To make a request, write to support@trashtrash.win from the address linked to your account, or provide the account ID shown in your profile. We respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
On the website and in the Mini App, we use cookies and the browser's local storage for the Service to work: to keep you signed in and to save your language, settings and drafts. The aitool.win website also uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC). Using cookies, it collects anonymised information about visits — which pages were opened, navigation and clicks, device and browser type, approximate region by IP address — and records sessions (Webvisor). The contents of input fields, prompts, conversations and payment details are hidden in the recordings. We use this information to improve the Service; your email address, name and the text of your requests are not sent to Metrica. We do not use advertising cookies, and Metrica does not run in the Telegram Mini App. You can opt out of Metrica by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or by installing the Metrica opt-out add-on (https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html).
7. Data Protection
We transmit data over a secure connection (HTTPS), store passwords as hashes, restrict employee access to data, keep access logs and make backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 14 years of age. If you become aware that a child has provided us with data without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Policy. The new version is published at https://aitool.win/privacy and takes effect from the moment of publication. We will notify you of material changes in the Service.
10. Language of the Document
This Policy is drawn up in Russian and translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the texts, the Russian version prevails.
